With a strong commitment to generating a positive impact through architecture and learning, I am driven by the desire to contribute meaningfully in vulnerable contexts, where architecture can serve as a powerful tool for social transformation. In the rural areas of Viñales Valley, Cuba, many homes are increasingly exposed to the risks of natural disasters. This reality fuels a deep motivation to develop innovative architectural solutions and material production and to share technical knowledge that empowers communities to build their own, more resilient homes. Engaging in this work is not only about constructing safer spaces—it's about building trust, solidarity, and long-term resilience together.
