Public spaces are the places of a community’s collective life, expressions of their natural and cultural richness, and a foundation of their identity. Communities have to recognize themselves in public places to pursue the improvement of their spatial and cultural quality. I’m really interested in creating occasions to reflect, debate and experiment in terms of problems of the contemporary city, which are mainly connected to the relationship between community and place. My approach is oriented to develop new participative “tools” and actions, trying to activate an innovative cross-sectoral dialogue between expert and common knowledge as opportunity to better transform our cities starting from giving new awareness to their communities.
